Our second annual unGala will be Monday, Oct.19 at 353WEST- that’s 353 W.46th.  We will again have delicious passed appetizers, full bar, and a jazz trio (this year we’ll lower the volume…)

The unGala gives us an opportunity to broaden our reach of support, while celebrating the company with members who can join the party.  

Our Jewel Box Award will honor Jim Dale and his 50 years on stage. Reading his biography is humbling.  He is a restless and unrelenting talent who emerged as a young comic in the British Music Halls, and went on to play leading roles with British National Theatre, create and revive an enormous number of Broadway leads- JOE EGG, SCAPINO, and of course, BARNUM, just to name a few- and be recognized with countless Tony, Drama Desk and New York Critics Awards.  He leapt passionately into the daunting task of voicing the Harry Potter series and has been awarded every Audie Award they could give him for his masterful storytelling.

He is generous and charming and we are so fortunate with this appearance.  AND. He wants to perform at the unGala. Terrific!
