Facilities Request Form

Workshop members are able to rent rehearsal space in the Jewel Box at reduced rates. These are:

Weekdays, 9a.m.-4p.m.: $25/hr for members

Weeknights - 4p.m.-11p.m. - and All day on weekends: $25/hr for members

Members may book space up to 4 weeks in advance. This price is for rehearsals only (with no audience or technical requirements). Bookings will be considered confirmed once payment is received. Checks made out to The Workshop Theater are preferred.

I understand and agree that as the Hosting WorkShop Member I must be present and in the booked space for all of my booked time. I cannot leave non-WorkShop members unsupervised during my booking. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the Company. I understand that this price is for rehearsal use only, not for anything that includes an invited audience or needs the booth. If either of those things are factors, I will work with Thomas and Dana directly, to determine pricing and how to proceed. Finally, if the rental is requesting space on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening, I understand that The Workshop Theater reserves the right to accept an outside full-price rental and move my rental to a different date (or refund the rental).
